Thank you for your interest in renting our Fellowship Hall for your event or gathering. Please check the calendar for available dates and fill out the Rental Request Form (Link to Form) and we will be in contact to confirm your rental.
Please be sure to check the Building Use Guideline and Policies that are posted below.
BUILDING USE POLICY 

1. The facilities of Manor UMC are provided for the Church family and may be used by Manor residents and their families under the conditions of this policy and agreement. 

2. Alcoholic beverages, illegal substances, smoking or open flames are not permitted in any building or on church grounds. However, smoking is permitted in designated outside areas only provided cigarette butts and trash are properly disposed of and not left on the ground. 

3. All furniture, fixtures and properties are to be treated with care. No tacks, tape or adhesives may be used to attach items to the walls or other property and all decoration plans must be approved by the Trustee Committee and/or the Pastor. No furniture or fixtures may be added or removed without prior approval of the Trustee Committee. 

4. Those using the facility are responsible for clean-up immediately following the event. Rooms must be returned to the same condition in which they were found. Return furniture, etc., back to original positions. Sweep, vacuum and/or mop, - supplies are available. Trash should be placed in the outside garbage containers provided and liners replaced. Any confetti, event trash that is on the ground outside of the building should be picked up and disposed of in the trash cans. Failure to clean up the facility and grounds will result in loss of deposit. All activities (including cleanup) must be terminated by 9pm. 

5. Arrangements for a Trustee to open the building on the day of the event may be made by contacting the responsible Trustee, unless other arrangements are made with a trustee or the Pastor. Upon inspection of the facility used, if the room and grounds are found in orderly condition, the deposit will be refunded within 3 business days. 

6. Contact a trustee or the pastor regarding building, grounds problems, or needed repairs. Turn off all lights, fans, etc., before leaving.

7. All fees and deposits must be paid when the reservation is made and a one week cancellation notice in writing is necessary for a full refund. 

8. One adult chaperone per ten (10) minors is required for activities involving minors. 

9. If the kitchen is used, all utensils, dishes, cups, and coffee makers must be washed, dried and returned to their original places. You are responsible for your own paper goods, plastic ware, cups, etc. Please do not use paper and plastic goods which have been purchased for church activities. 

10. Right of refusal: The Pastor/Trustees reserve the right to refuse rental of the facility to anyone or any group

Hope reSTOREd by appointment and 1 & 3 Wednesdays of the month, 4-6 pm
Food Pantry during  Meals with Manor (Last Wednesday of the month (6-7))
